Dear Management & Staff of Eden Hotel,
I have just finished a short stay for business in Massa Carrara area at your hotel.
I have been coming to Italy on business for seven years, at many hotels all over Italy, but this is the first time I have stayed at your establishment.
I have never sent an email to any hotel during this period of time, but this time I feel compelled to do so.
I want to thank all of you for making what would otherwise be another ordinary business trip more enjoyable and comfortable.  The quality of accommodations, service, and friendliness of staff here is by far the best I have ever experienced in most of my travels around the world.
This was a lucky accident; it weren’t for Alessandro from Incomarbo stone factory; I never would have known you were here.
Now that I do, I will recommend your establishment to anybody I know coming to the area for business or holiday, and I will definitely try to come here in the future on all of my trips to the Massa Carrara area, assuming you have accommodations available.
